Milestones Reminders:
It is critical that students arrive to school on time each morning. Students who arrive after 7:40 a.m. may miss their testing session. Make sure your child has a good night of sleep and a healthy breakfast each morning of testing. Remember to also pack a healthy snack each day. Please note that cell phones and smart watches are not allowed in the testing environment. We strongly encourage all students to keep their personal communication devices at home on testing days. If brought to school, teachers will require students to power off and store all electronic devices during the assessment. Please be sure your student is aware. |

Homeroom:
MS tests continue next week. We have been reviewing math and science throughout the day for weeks, so I hope students feel prepared. Also, the air in our classroom fluctuates while set in one place. Therefore, make sure your child has a jacket or hoodie next week in case they get cold during testing. We will alternate block classes on testing days in the afternoon to make sure each block gets equal class time. Please be sure to read the finale flyer and straw letter attachments.
Math 6 Enhanced:
We will continue to review 5th and 6th grade standards next week with mystery math activities.
Science/Social Studies-
Next week we will review science standards with Kahoot games until the Science MS test on Thursday. Students will also finish Civil Rights mini-projects.
